Scalable & Secure Hosting and Infrastructure
We use the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing platform to provide a secure and reliable service to our customers.
AWS hosts the servers, storage, networking and security infrastructure, required for our products, in their AWS US-North Virginia data centre. This data centre has physical security controls and our people and systems can only access the data they need to do their job.
Comprehensive Security & Compliance Controls
The AWS platform allows us to store your design and account information in a secure environment. We use a virtual private cloud with security groups and access policies to ensure your data is protected from unauthorised access.
We encrypt all your data across public networks and use firewalls to protect our web applications and APIs against web exploits, bots and malicious users.
Protected Payment Information
Subscription processing and data handling is provided via our e-commerce partner Fastspring which means we do not collect, handle or process any payment information.
Their monitoring and detection algorithms prevent credit card fraud, and PCI Level 1 compliance (the highest level of certification possible) ensures your data is protected.
Penetration Testing and Monitoring
Our infrastructure and applications are monitored 24/7 and our critical systems have automated data backups and redundancy. We have proactive alerting to ensure that our engineers can rapidly respond to any event.
We undergo regular penetration testing for assurance that anyone attempting to breach our security measures will not exploit our system’s defences.
