1. Promoter: This prize draw is promoted by Sparkol Ltd, registered in England and Wales, (Company number 06762963) at 2 Redcliffe Way, Bristol, England, BS1 6NL, UK (the "Promoter")

Eligibility: The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, USA (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Brazil, and India. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sparkol Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter: Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the VideoScribe software questionnaire. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be valid. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.

4. Opening and Closing Dates: The prize draw will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on 09th February 2024 and all entries must be received by the Promoter by 23:59 (GMT) on 02nd April 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

5. Prize: Three (3) prizes of a $100 Amazon voucher (or equivalent) will be awarded. The voucher will be provided electronically. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Selection of Winner: The winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process from all valid entries received during the prize draw period.

7. Notification: The winners will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within 14 days of the draw and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner.

7. Data Protection: By entering this prize draw, you agree to our privacy statement and agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw.

8. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control. The Promoter reserves the right to remove and disqualify any entry at our discretion.

9. Governing Law: The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Acknowledgment: By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
