VideoScribe Legacy (formerly known as VideoScribe Desktop) was our original downloadable whiteboard animation software.
In 2020, we launched a new version of VideoScribe, built from the ground up for modern creators. Originally called “VideoScribe Browser”, it’s now just VideoScribe. This is the main version we support and develop today, it's faster, smarter, and constantly improving.
The differences between VideoScribe & Legacy
We recommend choosing VideoScribe over Legacy. It's faster, more powerful and has many more features. Please note that projects made in VideoScribe Legacy are not compatible with the web app.
